The Military Sexual Trauma Support and Education Series was created to transform the idea of a support group.  You begin your journey by completing the 8 week series as a small group, led and facilitated by Veteran Liz Olson.  The series is built to educate and empower you with knowledge about life after Military Sexual Trauma.  Professionals will present each week, with topics from learning how to love yourself again, learning how to communicate with your loved ones, learning healthy ways to process your emotions and your experience while renewing and building the relationships with the most important people in your life, and sexual intimacy (both with yourself, and with your partner) after trauma.

The goal of this peer-support led group is to embolden and empower you, and arm you with a support system and a wealth of knowledge, so that you can you move forward victoriously.  Upon graduation, you will move into the alumni group, which will meet monthly for camaraderie and continued support with your peers.

Class 22-02 begins October 3rd and will meet every Monday nights from 6pm-8pm and the entire class will be held virtually.  This class has 10 spots.

NOTE: Please be sure, before you secure a spot, that you are available to participate every Monday for the full 8 week series.  Class 22-02 will begin October 3, 2022 and Graduation will be held on November 29, 2022.  Each session in the series is a vital part of the process, and we ask that you attend every week to participate in this series.
